Job Description:
1-To lead a team of 50+ members in GL
2-To interact with global customers AND lead Transformation initiatives to improve Efficiency of process.
4-Interact with global customers.
Requirements:
1. Strong Expertise in R2R domain with experience of handling team size in the range of 20 to 50.
2. Multiple stakeholder management with Excellent Communication skills.
3.Global Customer management experience.
4. Excellent Knowledge of GAAP/IFRS
4. Ability to drive change and work in UK Shift timings.
