Head Facility Management (Real Estate)  We are hiring for an exclusive mandate with one of our client who is one of the top Real Estate group.  Qualification : Any Graduate  Job Description :   - Should have experience of facility and property management across commercial, retail and residential segments. Should have managed directly a portfolio of atleast 8 - 10 Mn sqft with responsibilities of facility management and property management.  - Building efficiency in CAM  - CAM and other expenses management  - Service Level setting with vendors as well as maintaining the SLA- s  - Setting up of the SOP across properties and implementing best practices across properties  - Integrated management dashboards for facility management  - Billing and Collection for Commercial and Residential properties( not retail)  - Operating budget preparations and controls for commercial properties  - Setting up the entire team for handover and 10 year facility management for ~ 1.5 Mn sqft of residential portfolio  - Making sure that contracts that are getting signed for Commercial buildings have correct clauses for CAM and related matters.  - Design Development inputs for Greenfield developments  - Technical Due Diligence for acquisition deals  - Candidates to come from JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, Knight Frank, IPC type background only would be considered suitable for this.If your profile fits the bill then kindly revert with CV in Word format
