Key Skills:

- Should have good exposure in International marketing.

- Extensive experience into EPC Projects & Power Projects

- Knowledge in Excise / Custom Matters Export / Import Operations Service Tax and Allied Laws

- Legal Formalities Exim Policy & DGFT Commercial Taxes

- Statutory Compliance Cost Reduction Documentation / MIS ERP (SAP) Implementation Entry Tax and
other local taxes IPR and related issues

- Bank Guarantee and LCs Contract and Arbitration Law Outstanding and follow up

- Achieved increase in Order Booking.

- Must have strong agent base in International markets.

- Excellent in Inter personal Skills.

- Good in Communication.

- Positive Attitude.

MIN GRADUATE ENGINEER FROM GOOD INSTITUTE WITH MANAGEMENT DEGREE ( OPTIONAL)
