Head - Equity Research - Retail Research Team - KPO/BFS

1. Build the Retail Research team and institutionalize best practices/models/templates geared towards providing cutting edge research at retail customers

2. Should personally work on financial models to formulate & finalize views on the industry and companies within some specific sectors/industry.

3. Provide leadership, training, and guidance to his team of Analysts in building strong capabilities in financial modeling and Valuation (DCF, relative valuation, comparable company analysis)

4. Ensure that the team prepares analytical, concise written reports & also ensure timely generation of an adequate number of reports on the industry/company assigned to.

5. To have regular interaction with companies & participate in conference calls/Analysts meets that are organized by the companies from time to time

6. To make regular presentations to the team on relevant topics/areas of expertise thus enhancing teams knowledge, improve quality & crispness of research report for retail customer

7. Making analyst calls to Branch based customers

8. Travel to Branches ( one Zone a month covering 10 branches) for conducting investor meetings

9. PR on TV with house reports and views

10. Drawing up a broad plan for our International KPO research and support this business as well over time
