Job Description

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Preparing & Consolidating financial statements as per Companies Act / Finalisation of Accounts

- Supervising the accounting processes and internal controls of the corporate division while testing SOPs and devising new SOPs if required

- Driving the up gradation process of SAP in the system with a strong focus on the MM Module

- Supervising business units at an entity level with respect to overall financial controllership

- Co-ordinating extensively with external auditors to ensure smooth execution

- Managing taxation issues - both Direct and Indirect in consultation with Group Level Taxation team

- Driving compliance to ensure 100% adherence to norms internally as well as externally

- MIS & Reporting responsibility in conjunction with dedicated resource reporting to CFO

- Handling of investor relations Data and MIS compilation to advise CFO on key decision making

Profile

As an ideal candidate you are a Chartered Accountant with approximately 10 -12 years of post qualification experience. You have an excellent command of the SAP ERP including the MM module. You have a strong managerial experience of minimum 5-6 years in finalisation of accounts preferably in an FMCG/ Manufacturing setup. Your experience is a good blend of Indian as well as multinational companies.
