Head - Employment/Labour Laws & Litigation - LLM - Law Firm

Reports to : Global Employment & Litigation

Education : LLM

We are currently recruiting a Employment & Litigation counsel for a large size MNC to be based out of Bangalore/NCR.

Requirement :

- 6 years minimum experience at a law firm in employment law practice, including advising on federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.

- Litigation experience, including representation of clients state and federal courts.

- A combination of law firm and in-house experience is preferred.

- Excellent analytical ability and professional judgment in employment law matters.

- Excellent human resources problem solving skills, experience and skill in balancing business needs and potential compliance risks.

Purpose of the role :

This role provides advice and counsel to Human Resources professionals and business leaders on employment and labour law compliance, as well as advising on employment and contract litigation matters and potential matters.

The duties of the position include the following :

- Employment Law Counseling and Advice

- Dispute Resolution and Litigation Management

- Training HR professional on labour law compliance.
