This position will set the Strategy and lead Corporate Social Responsibility and Diversity and Inclusion initiatives for India. Act as ambassador/representative for Client's D&I effort in India, internally and externally. The individual will report in to the Global Head - HR, India Commercial business and Operation Centers and will partner with Human Resources colleagues and the business to embed CSR and D&I program into the everyday culture of the organization.   Responsibilities:  - The person will liaise closely with senior management in the region, as well as the global Corporate Responsibility teams and Diversity Council.   - Set strategic objectives for global diversity and inclusion, aligned with the business goals for the India Region.   - Manage the design of Corporate Responsibility strategy and initiatives across the India and ensuring alignment to global CR policies and guidelines, whilst catering for local geographical/cultural needs.  - Develop relationships with diversity champions globally and create regional, business driven diversity council(s) to help drive programs and raise awareness.   - Develop and implement a global diversity talent strategy.  - Partner with the talent organization and the women's network to create strategies and programs to broaden the professional development of women and to increase the number of women in leadership positions.   - Create strategies to engage and inform executive leadership and the broader population on our CSR and diversity initiatives and programs.   - Partner with Human Resources and business leaders to drive diversity retention initiatives and embed inclusive principles into daily operational principles.  - Representing Client externally to NGOs, charitable organizations, relevant CR committees.  - Responsible for maintaining the projects within the allocated budget  - Implement and manage diversity and inclusion change initiatives across the organization, including some site specific programs.   - Provide leadership, support, awareness of, and advocacy for the company's various employee resource groups, its women's network, and business unit diversity councils, where applicable. Provide oversight of their activities, events, and approve their budget  - Develop, analyze and manage the collection of key metrics to measure progress of the diversity agenda.   - Manage the team, direct resources as well as the broader Community of Practice  - Identify, coordinate, and communicate community and industry related sponsorships and events  - Drive and coordinate the completion of relevant diversity surveys, metrics, and tools.  - Create internal awareness events and campaigns with a site specific campus focus  - Responsibility for Employee Resource Group volunteer leaders.  Required:  - Masters degree in Organizational Development, Industrial Relations, Human resources preferred, or relevant degree/experience  - 10-15 years of work experience with minimum 5 - 8 years work in Corporate Social Responsibility as primary role and having 2 - 3 years of D&I experience as part of role.   - Substantial experience in managing a Corporate Responsibility and global diversity program or a large company program within one country.  - Strong knowledge of diversity and cultural best practices. Global experience strongly preferred.  - Experience in delivering Corporate Responsibility programs in a large scale environment will be considered advantageous.  - Understanding of HR principles and practices.  - Experience leading large organizational development/change programs, preferably in a global organization.  - Good negotiation skills, ability to influence.  - Ability to travel up to 25%, including international travel.
