- Around 20 years with the most recent 5-7 years in handling Investment or Insurance products
- Proven track record of successfully managing profitable businesses with an overview of the entire gamut of functions
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead large, high-performance teams
- Business acumen
- Ability to set strategies and pursue them to fruition in a dynamic environment
- Achievement Orientation
- High level of flexibility and flair for handling and resolving operational as well as strategic issues.
- Leading the relationship-building with partners (AMCs, Insurance companies) for maximizing customer acquisition and profitability
