Head - Distribution - Prepaid Business - Telecom

We, C3i Talentz which is currently providing solutions to the clients in Recruitment, Employee engagement surveys and Compensation research.

Position of Head - distribution for heading Kerala / Karnataka prepaid business for the Telecom wing of a one of the Largest industrial groups in India.

Education : PG Management from TOP 20 institutes.

Experience : 8 - 12 years in sales & distribution from FMCG / Telecom organizations.

Job Objective :

- In Charge of circle operations and sales for all Prepaid/ Data Products with an annual business of 360 crores + and manage 150+ distributors

Reportees : 6 - 7 Zonal sales Manager, 38+ Channel Sales Managers

Reporting to the Business Head of the circle.

Job Responsibilities :

- Ensure the Revenue target is achieved.

- Ensure quality new customer acquisitions.

- Ensure Width and depth of distribution and channel engagement.

- Design monthly schemes for the trade.

- Ensure profitability for channel partners.

- Guide the sales team with proper MIS reports.
