OBJECTIVE :

Internet lawyer who is recognized for experience, expertise and client service handling online litigation issues, technology company representation and general counsel services.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

- Handling virtually all aspects of online law

- Understand the Internet and the back-end technology.

- Must have represented Internet start-up companies or large online companies

- Experience in Website Agreements, Cyber Law, Trademark law, Copyright infringement, Patent law and Internet Defamation, Cybersquatting, Stolen domain name/ domain disputes, Online Libel, Trade Secret Protection, Non Compete Agreements, commercial and fiduciary litigation, Intellectual Property licensing, commercial transactions, etc

- Understand how to find information such as domain portfolios, anonymous posters of content, web site developers

- Experience in managing and handling registries, registrars, Internet service providers, web hosting companies, domainers, web developers, e-commerce providers, affiliate marketers and many others in the Internet technology space across a wide range of issues.

- Should have handled all aspects of litigation, from case strategy and pre-suit investigation through discovery and trial.

- Specialize in website agreement drafting and implementation, including but not limited to end user agreements, privacy agreements and e-commerce/affiliate contracts
