Digital Head - Europe
The Digital Head - Europe will focus on driving revenue, adoption and market penetration in a named list of accounts from the top publishing and major media companies in EMEA. Our client is one of a leading Media broadcast company with operations in more than 150 countries.
- The ideal candidate possesses both a technical sales background and a strong marketing and business acumen that enable them to drive an engagement at the CTO, CMO, and VP of Digital.If you have a successful track record of selling a highly technical product inside of the major media businesses, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities :
- Accountable for driving business, and meeting or exceeding quota goals and MBOs
- Effectively and independently deliver the content creation, value proposition, and product demonstrations.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive account plan to drive revenue and market share in the defined digital media streaming accounts
- Prepare and manage proposals, quotes, and contracts
- Oversee account management for closed accounts to seek additional revenue opportunities
- Accelerate customer adoption and ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to strategy to build relationships with specific named accounts
- Managing all aspects of the sales cycle including - prospecting, sales campaign/meetings, negotiation close, account management
Requirements :
- 6-12 years of Digital related sales or business development experience with C-level executives across Technology & Content & Marketing
- Direct field experience and extensive customer network within Enterprise, Fortune 1000 and large multi-divisional / multinational companies. Digital media streaming preferred
- Experience with video streaming technologies and content delivery network services, ad insertion and digital marketing, interactive services, digital rights management (DRM), content management, web analytics, website performance, cloud storage, mobile content delivery or managed web hosting is highly desired
- Strong ability to close sales, manage accurate pipeline and forecast
- Independent, self-disciplined and possess strong verbal and written communications skills
