About our Client - Our client is a top tier private sector bank in India offering the entire spectrum of financial services within India and in a few foreign nations. The Bank has the largest number of domestic branches and ATMs spread across the country. As part of expansion of their Digital Channel team, they are looking for a Head who can play a critical role in their Digital Channel Sales team and become a thought leader to the organization.

Job Description: As a Head - Digital Channel Sales, you will be reporting to the SVP - Digital Acquisition & Customer Engagement and will be responsible for:

- Partnering with the stakeholders within the bank for smooth delivery

- Mentoring and managing a team of Digital Channel sales catering to the specified segment

- Responsible for delivery of the sales targets of the team

- Managing internal / external technology partners by delivering innovative solutions

- Driving improvements and managing client expectations

- Leading and mentoring a team size of 1000 people

- Driving error free operating environment by focusing on Opportunities for error and mitigating the risks

The Successful Candidate:

- You will be a MBA or a Post Graduate with 10 to 15 years of post qualification experience of Remote Sales using various Digital Channels such as voice, email, video, chat etc.

- You come with excellent knowledge of Digital Channel sales strategy and execution.

- Additionally, you possess people management skill through the electronic mode, service commitment, and solid organizational and interpersonal skills.
