Development Head IT

- To Design, develop and maintain Enterprise applications as per critical business requirements.

- To lead and manage a team of software developers on, supporting them in development of optimized, robust and innovative software solutions for various business requirements

- Develop long term strategy and define objectives for Application Development team in alignment with company's goals and objectives, and to improve the quality of the service it delivers internally and externally.

- Plan, Schedule and Monitor Ongoing projects and ensure successful implementation as per defined timelines and within budget

- Responsible for the Software Development quality and technical architecture design as per Information Security Guidelines approach is taken by team members, ensuring it is in line with the company strategy - and that projects are delivered on time and on a budget.
