Head/Deputy Head - Supply Chain and Business Operations  Who We Are Looking For :   An experienced, energetic and self-motivated Supply Chain and Business Operations leader. A strategic thinker with exceptional analytical capabilities who has achieved significant success in delivering transformational change in supply chain performance.  What You'll Do :  - Lead the team of Inventory Control & Planning, Imports, Master Data Management, Quality and Logistics  - Partner with Business Heads to analyze, plan, forecast, and evaluate financial data to support implementing profitable strategies as well as advise Buiness Heads on SCM techniques and processes to implement cost optimisation initiatives  - Identify critical SOP's, map and validate these, document them and drive adoption across the organisation  - Recommend, lead and institutionalize initiatives/ modifications to bring about operational process improvements in production & in-bound logistics, to facilitate timely and smooth product flow from source to customers Drive the Supply Chain agenda wrt vendor capacities, buying, lead times, forecasting and distribution  - Set-up, review and enhance effectiveness of multiple channels of imports (air, ship etc.) to optimise costs   - Identify key deliverables to drive the Quality vertical   - Focus on best-in-class Quality initiatives and customer engagement and delight   - People manager and role model for the team  - Develop, motivate and groom direct and indirect reports   - Drive business and customer centric behaviors within the team   - Build SCM capability in business operations through training's and knowledge sharing   - Stay abreast with technological and process advancements in SCM; Analyse existing SCM processes across value chain and identify gaps   Who you are :  - Love the Supply Chain and Business Operations function and role; - This is not just a job-   - Passionate about brand building   - Possess up to date knowledge around warehouse management and logistics   - A collaborative, team player with stellar communication skills  - Comfortable with ambiguity   - Enjoy mentoring/ coaching  - Embrace change management and able to communicate and drive the vision for Supply Chain and Business Operations effectively with peers and leaders   Qualifications :  - Masters degree in Supply Chain or Operations  - 10-15 years of experience  - Proven track record of building high performing teams  - Experience in Retail/Category management is preferred, but not mandatory
