We have following requirement :

Role : Head - Demand Assurance

Location : Gurgaon

Qualification : B.E. / B.Tech + MBA

Experience - 5+ Year (Post Qualification)

Reports to : Head of Organisation

Job Profile:

This is a leadership role in Operations and Sales team.

Pnl accountability role - responsible for building pan India assured demand network (transporters, SMEs)

Responsible for building adequate daily order book across all cities / clusters under the defined business model.

Responsible for verification / validation of credentials of onboarded partners through own / third parties

Ensure discipline & compliance by demand business partners

Increase tech penetration amongst business partners through training, hand-holding & high levels of engagement

Lead a team of Key account managers and regional managers ensuring enough demand generation pan India

Meet business performance targets defined for business partners in terms of size of business, demand level & many others.

Measure forecast accuracy at multiple levels and prepare monthly accuracy reports, conduct root cause analysis to understand reasons for forecast failures/deviations

Interact and work closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment with goals and being on track with both short and long term demand.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTES :

- MBA Only from Tier 1 / Tier 2 colleges

- B.E. / B.Tech from Tier 1 / Tier 2 Colleges (BITs - Pilani, NSIT, DCE etc. )

- Your Current CTC should be more than 25 Lacs.

- Should have go-getter attribute

- Should have problem solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast paced, hyper-normal growth environment
