Responsibilities:  Manage Customer communication (Delivery, Complaints, Product Development, Issues,- )  Managing scheduling orders and monitoring the customer schedules and deliveries  Managing and monitoring customer forecasts and orders  Co-ordinating with team leaders and top management on customer contracts and manufacturing agreements.  Internal followup and resolution for customer deliveries, issues, orders,-   Monitoring and coordination of RFQ's  Represent CST in Team Leader meetings  Manage the CST Team in India - People & Processes Management  Key Result Areas:  Effective & Efficient team functioning  On time customer communications, timely closure of customer issues  Team Administration  Ability to manage customer communications & interactions  Experience:  10 years in Customer Interactions and Team Administration  Ability to manage customer communications & interactions  Preferred Candidates:   Candidates willing to relocate and are familiar with Tamil Language shall be preferred.
