This is a Operations Head role which is responsible for managing and driving the Operations function. The position holder shall be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage all aspects of the backend operations. Participate in the development and execution of strategic and tactical business plans. This position requires the ability to dive deep to include root cause analysis and develop action plans in support of driving process improvements. Develops and drives strategies and programs which improve the competitive position of the Company
Responsible for supervising the Customer Verification process as per guidelines.
Customer accounting for generating work orders, renewals and download process
Accountable for Optimizing cost and improve productivity at all level
Collaborate with different verticals for net productivity score improvement
Looking for MBA with 8-12 years of experience in handling backend process preferably in a Portfolio Management /MF Insurance/ Telecom/ITES/Service organization
