About our Client - Our client is one of the largest and most reputed Travel Management Company. They boast about their strength in Technology and Customer service levels which puts them ahead of their competition. India has been their focus due to an increase in Travel requirements in the Indian Consumer/ Corporate market. To fuel their growing demand for their services, especially in the South market, our client is looking for a senior person to manage the business in South India based out of Bangalore.
Job Description - Reporting to the VP Sales, you will be responsible for :
- Hunting and Farming of accounts and provide for revenue growth, profitability, expansion and overall account performance
- Partner with key stake holders across clients
- Manage satisfaction levels
- Lead business planning, quarterly and annual reviews, regional pricing strategies, and ongoing P&L management for strategic accounts
- Align strategies with regional and global colleagues and share best-in-class practices, to ensure consistency and quality
- Recruit/ Manage and coach of team of individuals
The Successful Candidate :
- You will have an MBA with over 12-15 years of experience. An experience in Corporate/ Client Sales within Travel/ Hospitality/ Airlines Industry is a must for the job.
- You will have excellent communication skills and should have managed a team in your current job.
