With the continued developing India as a regional hub, the business is looking to on board a senior leader to head their Finance Controlling

Description

Reporting directly to the Regional Finance Director, you will be responsible for :

- Managing end to end finance including financial reporting and consolidation

- Ensuring all compliance are thoroughly met and taking complete responsibility of the P&L and balance sheet

- Managing multiple stakeholders across the various setups in country and across the globe

- Preparing annual budget, business plans and management reports

- Liaising with auditors, regulatory authorities and other departments and functions across the organisation

- Supervising and guiding a team of 2 members

Profile

You are a Chartered Accountant and have 15+ years of post-qualification experience with a great exposure of working in an MNC set up. You have a clear understanding of Indian accounting standards along with experience in IFRS or USGAAP and a solid theoretical knowledge of key financial concepts. You have excellent communication and team building skills. You have a strong analytical mind and can manage stakeholders globally
