Head / Consultant - Learning and Development
An MNC Pharma Giant wishes to hire a seasoned L&D consultant to Head set up and lead the Learning & Development CoE for its Indian operations.
The incumbent would be responsible for :
- Designing & Delivering the Learning and Development (L&D) vision for India in line with the global Talent and Organizational Effectiveness road-map.
- He/she would be working towards building Talent Capability and contribute to the growth agenda of the organization.
- Establishing the Learning Management System. Developing and Deploying learning curriculum.
- Developing Competency Frameworks and Leadership Development workshops.
- Facilitating External Benchmarking Studies related to making the organization an employer of choice in the field of Talent Development.
Experience and background :
- MBA / Masters in Organisational Psychology with 12-18 years of post qualification experience. A seasoned and mature L&D professional.
- Must have exposure to new age models of learning.
Professionals having worked/conducted learning programs only in service industries (financial services, hospitality, Insurance, BPO, IT) - NEED NOT APPLY.
L&D program management experience in FMCG, PHARMA, DURABLES, MANUFACTURING, AUTOMOTIVE industries would be preferred.
