Job Description :

- Development and implementation of the reward strategy to include: salary benchmarking, pension arrangements, benefits management and annual compensation events such as bonus and salary review.

- Business expert in all matters relating to CABs, advising senior managers and the HR team on all issues

- The role holder will be expected to be the Trustee of several benefits arrangements (Pensions, Life Assurance and Healthcare)

- Responsible for the recruitment, selection and onboarding of talent

- Sets performance expectations/standards for department and manages performance against these, providing feedback and support across the practice (coaching and development). Identification of high-performing / high-potential employees.

- Training and development

- Establishes and monitors best in class performance deliverables, processes and procedures to meet and exceed client expectations.

- Responsible for efficiency and effectiveness (ROI) on the efforts;

- Cultivate expert knowledge of and exceptional industry insight regarding human capital and employee benefits and their impact on organizations today.

- Develop workforce and staffing plans and ensures availability of talent necessary to accomplish planned business results.

Qualifications:

- MBA/ PGDM full time Preferred.
