Role : Head - Company Secretary  Objective of the Role :  Compliance with Companies Act and related regulations for A leading real estate company cluster including 44 subsidiaries and associates and consolidate 58 entities.  Skill and Know-how :   - Knowledge of Company Act  - Handle a team   Key Responsibilities :  - Ensure compliance with SEBI guidelines and list agreement and updation for DRHP.   - Handle all corporate governance activities and quarterly filing of reports.  - Vet Banking and NBFC Loan documentation and other legal documents for Finance Department.  - Conduct board meetings.  - Support business development and other departments for arranging board approvals.  Transfer of Shares : Vetting transaction documents for private equity deals of structured debt deal, share purchase/holding agreements.  - Manage the department and team.
