Brief information about the Company

The company is a leading listed NBFC. Currently they have two business verticals :

Wholesale Lending : Majorly catering to Real Estate Project finance

SME / Retail lending : Majorly catering to secured loans - Equipment finance and Loan Against property; The ticket sizes ranges from Rs 20 Lacs to Rs 100 Lacs

- In addition, the company has a license for Housing finance and the company plans to launch Home Loan product soon.

- The company is listed in BSE / NSE. Currently they have about 500 employees and the loan book of around Rs 1200 crores. They have very limited leverage. They have capital of around Rs 1000 crores and a debt of around 150-200 crores.

- Low leverage puts them in a very good position to fund their future growth. They foresee a Loan book of around Rs 7500-8000 Crores over the next 5 years.

Products : LAP / Mortgages / Affordable Home Loan

Location: Mumbai

Job Responsibilities :

- To plan, allocate, monitor and deliver the budgeted recovery numbers within the set NPA and write off norms. Experience in both Soft and Hard bucket collections.

- Recruit, train, and motivate the field force to achieve the planned collection efficiency.

- To work in close coordination with the business, Credit and Risk teams.

- To co-ordinate with the legal department for inputs and related functional support.

- To use extensive risk analytics to focus on early warning signals in any particular customer segment, profile or geography and act accordingly.

- To develop liaison with repossession channels, parking yards, valuers, resale agents etc

- To be able to handle emergencies and facilitate efficient functioning of the team.

- Awareness of all regulatory and compliance requirements

- Continuous training activity to the team to update on the latest collection trends and provide feedback to the senior management on trends, competitor practices and policies
