Head/COE - HR - Talent Strategy & Acquisition

I represent a premier executive search and selection company, Quest ESB Consultants (www.questconsultants.in). We have been partnering premier in executive search over the last three decades.

We have been entrusted by a renowned MNC to select the COE Head for Talent Strategy & Acquisition for the company's Indian operation.

- The incumbent will be responsible ensuring a seamless talent strategy for India.

- Campus hiring and Employer branding

- Will have to devise recruitment strategies and tactics on a company wide basis with key objective to hire & develop Leaders so that the business has a strong Leadership pipeline.

- The incumbent would have to provide inputs to the Senior Management Team for strategic intervention in HR areas pertaining to talent acquisition to achieve organizational goals.

We invite applications from premier B school graduates with 10-15 years of post qualification experience.

- Should have adequate experience as a Business Partner HR and at least 4 years in the talent acquisition function. Should be passionate about the function and its importance for smooth operations of any organisation. Must have handled campus & lateral leadership hiring.

- Should be able to contribute in framing up HR strategies and practices.
