- Prepaid activation Operations - SPOC ops
- Postpaid collection Agency management - B0-b1-b2 bucket
- Ensuring Zonal doc compliance
- Customer retentions
- Strategy and action on Customer experience
- LCM of customer.
Qualification & Key skills/ competencies :
- Graduate or MBA with 10 to 12 yrs of experience in industry
- Leadership qualities
- Enterprising and entrepreneurial
- Teamwork and Collaborative
- Team Building & Team Management Skills
- Result Oriented - Believes in driving by example
- Ability to Influence and drive a Collaborative approach with different stakeholders
