The individual is expected to head Corporate Registry Business & be responsible for its P&L.  - He will be responsible for new business development.  - The individual will be Responsible for Relationship Management with the Client & address issues promptly.  - The individual will Ensure timely & proper response to all the investors of the Client companies.  - The individual will be responsible for Relationship Management with the Regulators & Ministries & resolution of possible issues.  Suitable Candidates:  - Candidates can be either from BPO industry who is presently working as Business Head or 1 level down with good experience in Business Development.   - The individual may not necessarily be into business development but must have prior experience in B2B sales.   - Candidates can also be from Investment Banking, MF services any other financial services   - The ideal candidate must have a combination of R&T companies/ Capital market related companies and experience in good BPOs   Experience:  - The individual must either have Registrar & Transfer Agency experience &/ or experience in Capital markets business (domestic or international)   - The candidate must have Minimum of 15 years’ experience. Prior experience in heading P&L in similar business is essential.
