Job Description :
- The design, delivery and measurable success of people development strategy, ensuring that this complements strategic direction and business plans.
- Help develop and put in place a strategic and integrated capacity building plan, consulting with our external partners and other entities to apply a common understanding, principles and good practice.
- Build and manage a high-quality team for capacity building and Design and deliver capability building programs for development of talent across the company.
- Drive the Capabilities and Leadership competencies at all levels across the company.
- Create and implement Development Action Plans for employees.
- Managing the design, development and delivery of a range of integrated learning and development solutions. Sourcing appropriate methodologies, and delivering training and facilitation to staff as required.
- Collaborate with external service providers and L&OD partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across companies.
- Identify, develop and promote tools and guidelines for capacity building which will help company mobilize people to achieve the greatest possible impact an promote growth in people and organization.
- Design and drive the Leadership Development interventions
Qualifications :
- Master degree (or higher) in HR
- Proven experience of capacity building and learning theory and organisational development work in multinational settings in several capacity building areas
- A minimum of seven years of experience in design and execution of Organization capabilities, preferably in a High growth environment
- Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changing dynamics and to use data to drive leaning &development priorities;
- Exceptional communications, interpersonal, as well as facilitation and coaching/mentoring skills applied within multi-cultural contexts;
Professional Skills :
- Conceptual strength on Learning & Development with awareness of contemporary methodologies.
- High capability of Design and Delivery of programs in management and leadership.
- Experience of designing and facilitating OD interventions.
- High on collaboration and influencing skills to be able to work in partnership with business stakeholders as well as external stakeholders.
- Exposure in large and complex business environment.
- A proven record of excellent management, leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills, including being an articulate speaker and empathetic listener.
