Handling team of Online Sales executives,

Manage the end to end operations of an outbound sales call center efficiently and effectively,

Manage large teams and support functions of the Sales Unit,

Manage day to day call center operations including proper escalation, list management, strategic seating, etc.

Managing the database (salesforce), researching new markets, inbound call operations, schedule management, and client relations.

Providing excellent customer service to existing & potential clients, maximizing the opportunity for repeat business, Improve visibility of the product and update information on destination,

Managing a huge travel call center, guiding clients on destinations, transportation, hotel accommodations, car rentals etc, Responsible to achieve sales targets and maintain high yield revenues

Looking for PG/MBA with 10-15 years of experience including in the travel Industry (specifically Holidays) should have managed a 100+ seater call center, should have enriched exp in sales call center operations.
