Providing excellent customer service to existing & potential clients, maximizing the opportunity for repeat business, Improve visibility of the product and update information on destination,
Managing a huge travel call center, guiding clients on destinations, transportation, hotel accommodations, car rentals etc, Responsible to achieve sales targets and maintain high yield revenues
Looking for PG/MBA with 10-15 years of experience including in the travel Industry (specifically Holidays) should have managed a 100+ seater call center, should have enriched exp in sales call center operations.
