Title - Head Business Technology & Service Sciences (BTSS)

Location - Bangalore

Responsibilities

- Plan, Executive and lead a team into Research and development of emerging Technologies like Cloud Computing, Big data , Social Media, wearable Tech,Mobility Etc

- Incubate a Lab & Oversee R & D on various current and Future Technology trends

- Understand and research the latest developments in technology and understand & articulate their business applications.

- Ability to spot opportunities and get the first mover / pioneer advantage for Mphasis

- Hire, develop, coach, appraise, reward and retain world class, top performing talent; lead by example through appropriate participation and involvement in, and oversight of innovation & thought leadership activities; plan and provide continuity and succession for all critical IT positions

- Lead strategic technological planning to achieve business goals by prioritizing technology initiatives and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future technologies

- Develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for technology spending and initiatives

- Work with sales teams to ensure winnability for proposals around the innovation developed by the BTSS group also build sales collaterals to support bidding
