Head - Business Operations  Key Accountabilties include :   - Direct and coordinate activities of business support functional departments [ IT, Admin, MIS, Internal Communication] as well as provide guidance and oversight for certain HR processes [ Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Employee Leave Management & Attendance]   - Implementation of the processes & Support the overall process of management and corporate decision-making. Liaise with other executive heads on the implementation of the company's strategic and operational plans   - Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with the Directors and leadership team members [Head of business Development, Business Manager etc] and staff members as necessary.   - Manage staff, prepare work schedules and assign specific duties such as IT or office equipment maintenance schedules, housekeeping, front desk management, managing the seating and hospitality of visitors to the SCSPL offices etc.   - Develop a set of operations guidelines that are aligned with the organisation's long term goals and ensure adherence to the same.  - Maximize the operation efficiency of all teams within the organization by streamlining routine business procedures such as employee expense claims, employee travel requisitions, approval processes for leaves, exception approval processes for various employee related exceptions in conjunction with HR etc.   - Review team productivity and goal achievement and determine areas needing cost reduction and process improvement.   - Keep the support staff teams motivated and engaged by providing regular feedback and recognition in a timely and effective manner.   - Oversee Information Technology Operations and Administration function. Troubleshoot on specific issues and problems.   - Proactively oversee the requirements of new office set up and ope-rationalization pan India including all forms of office infrastructure that is required by employees to deliver business. Recommend locations for new facilities or oversee the remodeling of current facilities.   - Undertake vendor evaluation to ensure cost effective procurement  - Determine staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees as required or oversee those personnel processes. Ensure implementation of training plan for the staff.  - Monitor branches to ensure that they efficiently and effectively conduct business while staying within administrative budgetary limits.   - Act as a role model of SCSPL behaviors: Collaboration, Ownership, Performance, Quality and Integrity.  Required Experience/ Qualifications :   - Minimum of 10 years operations/ general management related experience preferably in a services led organization  - Proven management skills, including direct management or role as key influencer of Senior Management level employees  - Experience working with promoter led leadership teams  - Proven ability to influence without authority as shown through effective working relationships with both internal and external resources  - Undergraduate degree required, graduate degree preferred
