With new markets, new products and new avenues of business and it is on a growth path under a young leadership  - You will be involved into creating and managing Business Excellence for Sales, Marketing and Distribution with following KRAs:  - Track all SOPs/sales reports maintained by Sales Teams   - Analyse and present on above reports against sales achievements and growth.  - Check if marketing strategies and execution data points set by marketing for new and existing products is correctly being followed or not   - Analyse and present above information against sales achievements and growth   - Work with distribution team in regards to sales  - Monitor training and development for Middle Level Field Sales Staff  - Identification and Expansion of new territories - where and when to expand   - Collection of competitor Intelligence  You should have more than 15 years of experience in pharma industry with strong experience in Sales for formulations along with experience in handling above mentioned role
