Prashaste’s Business Development Head will responsible for driving revenue growth and business expansion across sectors and regions.   - He/She shall be a part of the core team comprising top management and business heads (consulting, training & technology) to develop strategy and align the direction of our product offerings & business development activities.   - He/She will be in-charge of a multi-location business development team and will directly report to the CEO of the company.  Location: Bangalore  Qualification: 	  - MBA (or equivalent qualification) from a tier-I B -School  - Graduate (any specialization)   Age: 30-40 years  Experience:   - Over 5 years of in B2B business development or complex sales engagements  - Leadership experience in business development/ sales is preferred  - Demonstrated strategic thinking and success in getting buy in from Executive level management at top companies  - Deep understanding of the auto, healthcare and retail landscape is desired  - Experience in selling nascent (embryonic/start-up) products/services is desired  - Proven ability to successfully thrive in an ambiguous environment and changing market conditions  Key Job Responsibilities:  - Lead business growth for the group across the verticals of training, consulting & technology and in different industries including automobile, healthcare, retail, logistics   - Prepare a long term comprehensive plan for Business Development activities of the company and develop monthly & quarterly achievement plans  - Achieve monthly / quarterly revenue targets set for different verticals, sectors & regions  - Build associations with various stakeholders including industry bodies, academic institutions, global organizations & government   - Development & updation of key corporate marketing kit and tools including brochures, presentations, flyers, mailers and website  - Optimize utilization of various marketing channels including offline & online  - Be accountable for building & maintaining a robust customer database  - Track , review & improve key performance metrics and provide detailed business analysis to top management for conducting regular reviews & facilitating timely corrective action  - Expansion and capability development of the business development team   - Provide regular updates on progress made and roadblocks to the top management team  - Ensure customer retention and building long term relationships.  - Develop a deep understanding of the current and future functionality of organization to find and execute new business partnerships.  - Actively contribute to developing business strategy for the group  Skills:  - Excellent communication skills  - Intense customer focus & relationship building skills  - Highest level of integrity, intellectual honesty and strong work ethic  - Proven analytical skills and performance metrics-driven approach  - Strong networking skills   - Willingness to travel  - Proficient in MS Office  - Excellent presentation skills and creative instincts  Compensation:  - Fixed: 12 to 15 lacs (annual)  - Variable: Performance linked pay
