Candidate pass out from premier institute like IIM, XLRI, FMS, SP Jain, Symbi, NITTI, IIFT, MDI, IMT Ghaziabad, Welignkers, Chethna, GIM, BIM - Trichy, NMIMS, IMI Delhi, XIM Bhubaneswar, TAPMI, IRMA, KJ Somia

Experience from 6-7 years up to 13-14 years

Can be from Industries as you know - Telecom, FMCG, Banking, Retail etc.

- Sales and Marketing professionals with experience in field sales

- Business Development experience in is a must, that means candidate should a have managed a team of at least 10 + people with at least 5-7 years. some understanding of Marcom is important.

- The candidate should have worked as the Head of business development in a leadership position either for a large vertical in a mid /large hospital or any of the industries or

- Should have managed a revenue target ownership for at least 2 years independently

Job Responsibilities :

- Responsible for achieving revenue target for the organization.

- Manage a team of middle managers as well as the indirect reportees (Front line team) to achieve goals set by each vertical within marketing.

- Responsible for the overall referral / Cash Business Development business for the organization

- Conducting various BTL activities to improve referral business

- Conducting Direct to consumer activities in order to achieve revenue and volume

- Manage the Insurance Business

- Interaction with TPAs on a need to have basis

- Improve penetration and presence for the hospital in nearby private corporates

- People Management - Managing teams to ensure adherence to policy and performance norms

- Brand & Marketing Communication

- Coordinate with Central brand team to create collaterals required for every day activities

- Conceive and implement a local visibility/ outdoor, neighborhood etc to gain max mileage

- Work along with the P&L team to achieve communication objectives.
