The Brand Marketing person will be at the helm strategizing and ensuring the implementation of various brand marketing interventions. S/he will be responsible for managing the entire brand marketing function while working closely with the senior management team to align business, strategies, directions and objectives. The primary elements of the role are to lead and manage the Marketing team and to deliver cutting edge branding campaigns.  KEY RESULT AREAS:  - Working with the Founders to define and deliver the brand marketing strategy, including advertising, content, brand design, experiential and partnership marketing.  - Responsibility for amplifying the brand - making organisation to more famous as we look to grow the business.  - Ownership of the company brand image and guardian of the brand identity.  - Ensure that all Brand Marketing processes, both internally and externally, run seamlessly and are updated when necessary.  - Developing the tools to deliver brand consistency Pan India  - Overseeing the marketing strategy for the company.  - Managing brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.  - Digital integration into other areas such as offline media and partnerships, whilst maintaining the same level of campaign innovation and volume in the Marketing department  - Plan and execute all marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.  - Measure and report performance of all brand/marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).  - Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.  - Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.  - Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience  - Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points  - Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners  - Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.  - Devising strategies to drive online/offline traffic to the company website and Developing and managing all brand marketing campaigns  - Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all marketing.  - Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.  DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:  - The ability to work under pressure, to strict deadlines in a busy and evolving environment, whilst delivering a highly professional service and attitude  - Strong problem solving skills.   - Ability to think brand and strategy from scratch  - Proven marketing professional having experience across all disciplines, including campaign strategy, online planning & buying across all digital channels   - Knowledge of emerging markets and trends  - Excellent project management, attention to detail and organizational skills  - The individual should be detail oriented, self- confident, possess the ability to work independently and provide good public speaking and communication skills.   - S/he must possess high energy levels and have the ability to lead and motivate teams.  - Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate  - Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online & offline marketing and measurement
