Brand Positioning
Defining what the brand should stand for:
- Achieving a differentiation for the brand in the clutter
- Devising strategy to achieve brand KPI
- Alignment to business
- Brand guidelines & Communication framework
- Future Planning
- Setting brand KPI
- Monitoring and targeting brand goals
- Identifying proposition for campaign development
Management Reporting:
- To provide reports and analysis on Brand health and functional efficiency based on KPIs such as Spontaneous awareness, consideration and image association.
- Quarterly updates on competition activity and communication performance
- Pan India campaign: Pre campaign approval on new campaign, Post campaign evaluation
- Strategic Guidelines and Operational Support
- Strategy inputs for breaking clutter
- Tactics for efficient implementation
- Alignment of all stakeholders on brand guidelines
- Cost Optimization
- Drive initiatives for cost optimization & provide inputs to Circles for putting up impactful communication
Desired Skills and Experience:
Qualification:
Education: Post graduation in marketing or mass communication
Experience: 10 year + in brand management and advertising. Should be adept at handling mega campaigns in consumer facing company or in an advertising agency.
- Telecom experience will be good to have but not a compulsion.
