Roles and Responsibilities:  - Brand Positioning: Defining a clear brand vision based on consumer insights, market positioning and company's philosophy. Defining the brand strategies and marketing activities to build equity and fulfill the brand vision and monitoring performance to strengthen the mix.   - Market Research: Research and determine product/ company's strengths and weaknesses.  - Planning & Strategy: Plan and strategize marketing designs and activities to establish and build brand presence in the market.   - Execution: Meet clients; Develop Sales tools, collaterals and effective product positioning. Monitor market trends and work closely with product, research and creative teams to make sure company brand values and images are followed.  - Media & Advertising Agency: Work with media agency to evaluate and adopt optimal media mix to to leverage the potential of all available mediums in achieving business objectives. Coordinate with and manage the advertising agency - briefing and evaluation of all creative work presented.  - Performance and Budget management: Constantly monitor performance and related expenses, align spends to budgets, generate savings through innovation, partnerships, negotiation, spend consolidation.  - Work together with Sales, Insights, Trade Marketing, Digital Marketing and Analytics teams to coordinate activities for effective brand positioning and continuous improvement.  Skills/ Experience/ Qualifications Requirements:  - 8-10 years of experience in Brand Marketing, of which 5 years should be in brand building  - MBA from a top B school  - Strong integrated marketing communication skills (including agency management, knowledge of research, creative appreciation)  - Proven success in sales and illustrating return on marketing investment  Other personality traits:  - Must have interest in working with and growing a younger organization  - Passion for brand building and an intrinsic understanding of customer behavior  - Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment; should be a Self-starter; internally energized.  - Team Player  - Creativity and high energy  Our client is online real estate advisor with a pan-India presence.
