Head - BFS Transformation/Consulting

A leading IT MNC in India having its operations all over India is seeking to find a Leader - BFS Transformation for its BFS operations in Pune / Bangalore.

Title : Leader - BFS Transformation

Job Description:

- Will be responsible for leading the BFS Transformation consulting practice for one of the largest BFS clients.

- Own global P&L targets for the BFS Consulting practice.

- Lead strategic business development activities in the BFS space.

- Will be Accountable for developing and implementing a program to ensure ongoing development of the skills and capabilities of all Operations teams within the organization and leverage competitive advantages.
An offshore based role and will be required to travel along Zurich, London and Singapore.

Desired Profile:

Education: Management / Finance degree from premier institutes.

Job Location: Bangalore / Pune

Experience: 12 to 18 years
