Company Profile: with our clients are a very large, rapidly growing professionally managed Recruitment & Staffing organisation based in Mumbai. The organisation is on a very rapid expansion mode (has offices Pan-India) and aims to double the turnover in next 2 years.

This is a new position being created to facilitate growth. The position reports to the CEO who is highly respected in the corporate world.

Job Profile Will head the National Level Business Development and have a large team of Branch Managers and NDMs reporting into the position

Job Responsibilities:

- Developing Marketing plans for various locations with BD team and rolling out planned marketing activities.

- Study & understand competitor’s activities and draw up competitive marketing & pricing strategy.

- Sign up new contracts at PAN India level.

- Tie-ups and alliances with colleges, B-schools, training institutes.

- Website enhancement – content development, Increase Social Media Presence.

- Responsible for return on capital employed.

- Lead, Guide, and monitor performance of BDMs at branches.

- Manage PR functions including corporate communication, managing agency relationships and media buying.

- Candidate Profile Graduates/MBAs with relevant experience at Regional/National level with Recruitment /Staffing / Total HR solutions / Facilities management organisations. Will be expected to travel to branches
