The GES portfolio is based on an industrialized approach and designed to help the customers leverage my Client’s engineering expertise  GES consists of the following flagship service lines:  - Mechanical Design and Simulation:  - Development and Testing of Embedded Systems:   - Product Lifecycle Management:  - Technical Publication:  Role:  - Reporting to the Global Head for BD of the GES division, this role is a new creation who will build a team under him and work in close co-ordination with the Delivery Head in meeting the Client commitments.   Major responsibilities associated with this role would be as follows:  - Prospecting, lead generation / funnel building in targeted Accounts, with high offshore ratio  - Ability to open doors - know what to position against customer needs and against competition  - Involvement in propositions to customers and CxO / board level presentations  - Delivering on order booking target and revenues target  - Deal making, negotiation and closing  - Coordinating with delivery organisation for delivery, invoicing, collections and customer satisfaction.  - Competitive intelligence gathering and sharing  - Active participation in Marketing/Industry events  - Industry Focus, Automotive, Aerospace, Engineering, Oil & Gas, Industrial Projects.  Requirements:  The candidate applying for this role must have:  - 15 to 18 years of total experience with minimum 3 years Selling/Hunting experience in Engineering Services  - Domain knowledge of Engineering Services and global outlook of this field  - Ability to collaborate with offshore delivery and support teams to meet customer commitments  - Engineering Services selling for PLM/Mechanical Design/Embedded Business  - Prior experience of winning Clients in Europe and US.  - Must have managed Annual target of around $ 5 Million.  - Experienced with offshore delivery model  - Opportunity hunting and sizing of opportunities independently  - Customer/Industry connects.  - Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills
