Key Skills :  - Strong at planning and conceptualizing, working with internal marketing team members & with third party agencies to get the above done through strong project management  - Good exposure to B2B marketing & sales support - both Digital & Physical  - Strong experience with selling concept/service rather than products would be preferred (hence Liquor profiles may not be best suited)  - Food industry exposure is highly desired  - Experience with evangelizing (market creation) would be good to have  Qualification :   - Graduate/ Post graduate in any stream  - MBA/ PGDBM with a specialization in Marketing (preferred)  Experience :   - 12+ years of experience in the Marketing domain in FMCG companies   Responsibilities :  Brand Management :  - Develop brand philosophy and language  - Overall planning for B2B messaging in short, medium and long term  - Identify right media mix to target (both digital & physical)  Collateral management :  - Design and develop physical content i.e. sales collaterals   - Develop sales stories in line with brand & product messaging  - Develop collateral (kits, gifts, brochure, eBook, CRM, etc)  - Develop presentation and documents for CEO and Business head meetings with clients  - Manage relationships with various marketing and design agencies   Outreach :  - Manage participation in Trade fairs and exhibitions, annual calendar and budget  - Manage various marketing events  Team development :  - Develop team (maybe 1-2 resources)  - Conduct sales training to ensure alignment to messaging plan & standardization  - Conduct sales team training on product sales & grooming  - Identify innovative ways to make team more effective  Digital/Social Media management :  - Manage all related platforms for the above, e.g. Website, Social media  - Website development & management (SEO, landing pages, etc)   - Develop related digital content for the same   - Identify right media mix to be effective (PR, Social media, Phone, email, etc)  - Plan participation in right events (both 3P and own)  - Identify content that is effective (Blogs, Photos, AV, articles, newsletters, etc)  - Develop process to generate content
