Job Title - Head – Business Banking Analytics  Grade - Asst. Vice President  Department - BIU – Consumer Lending & Payments 	 Location - Mumbai  Reporting Authority - Head – Business Analytics  Key Responsibilities:   - Lead the Business Banking Analytics team within Bank BIU   - Lead the business analysis for different Business Banking products and channels  - Monitor business performance, analyze variance drivers, and provide periodic updates to senior management. Provide insight on key performance trends and identify risks/opportunities towards meeting business targets.  - Provide thought leadership to long-term strategic planning process by delivering insightful analysis and perspective.  - Support product managers and sales managers in understanding key business drivers and drive actionable insights to improve the business topline and bottom line.  - Conduct other adhoc analyses as needed.  - Lead a team of analyst(s) fostering a high performance culture.  Candidate requirements & desired characteristics  - Bachelors degree in Business/Economics/Finance/Engineering or other quantitative disciplines. Masters degree preferred.  - 5 - 6+ years of relevant analytics experience preferably from Consumer or Business Banking, Financial services, Payments industries  - Excellent spreadsheet and presentation skills   - Knowledge of SAS / SQL will be an added advantage  - Sharp analytical thinker and proven thought leader  - Strong communication skills – ability to work with multiple product teams/stakeholders, understand key business objectives, and communicate complex concepts effectively to different audiences  - Tremendous drive towards results.
