Head - Analytics - Startup

We are looking for candidates with experience in Consumer Analytics preferably from CPG/ FMCG industry. This role is with one of our clients which is more than a 4 yrs old startup and is a provider of Analytics and Technology solutions for CPG/ FMCG clients.

Roles & responsibilities

- Lead the analytics team comprising of Analytics Manager, Senior Analyst & Analysts in delivering brilliant work in retail analytics & provide thought leadership & mentoring to the team

- Take ownership of the existing methodologies & processes & make them efficient & standardized

- Develop new statistically robust methodologies & interface with the clients & senior management in deploying them for the clients

- Collaborate with the leadership team to ideate & develop new solution areas

- Client interaction & presentation of analytics capabilities & solutions of the company.
