Head- O&M- DGM/AGM- Requirement- 02

Location- Khambarkhera near Lakhimpur Kheri- U.P

Maqsoodapur near Shajhanpur-U.P

a.Desired qualification and experience level

I.Graduate Engineer – Mechanical with min. 15 yrs of experience in O&M of IPP (Independent power plant) of min.30 MW Capacity with CFBC boiler operation.

II.Diploma holders with 18+ Years of Experience may also apply.

III.BOE / NPTI Candidates will be preferred.

IV.Knowledge of ABT (Availability based tariff) is must.

V.Knowledge of SAP.

b.Scope of job /Job Purpose

Responsible for overall plant operations and maintenance as per load demand in safe, efficient manner and coordination with maintenance department.

c.Key responsibilities

I.Ensure plant availability, reliability, efficiency and generation as per agreed MoU target within the quality norms.

II.Ensure plant maintenance as per agreed norms (qualitatively and quantitatively) in short term and long term

III.Benchmark with other projects to find areas for improvement.

IV.Ensure repair and maintenance cost as per MoU targets and bring about cost reduction by different productive means.

V.Coordinate with fuel management, maintenance planning , operation and efficiency activities in the plant.

VI.Coordinate with regional load dispatch center, commercial department at region for power dispatch.

VII.Manage technical and administrative problems related to operations and maintenance in the plant.

VIII.Resource planning for O&M, fuel management, O&E and MTP – manpower, materials and annual contracts.
