Head - Affinity New Partnership - Insurance

- Leading the development and delivery of the new business strategy and operating plans to ensure business growth in line with corporate strategic objectives and in line with risk appetite.

- Leading the identification, development and delivery of opportunities to develop the business, increase market share and enhance the brand locally in line with strategic objectives and risk appetite.

- Leading and driving performance across the business to ensure operational targets are met and the business grows in line with strategic objectives.

- Identifying opportunities to enhance the business profile, develop the brand and identify potential for sales and large corporate business growth in line with strategic objectives.

- Define and embed the required standards of sales excellence and best practice, and agree and sponsor the associated training and development needed to achieve the sales strategy and ensure competitive advantage.

- Establish and ensure effective management of systems for new business sales pipeline, account and bid management.

- Manage the function to ensure that resources (people, finances, information, technology, etc.), processes and control frameworks are appropriate to the required standards of sales excellence and best practice, operating effectiveness and efficiency, and legal and regulatory requirements.

- Support, and lead where required, the implementation of group initiatives across the sales community.
