Our client is on the of the largest players in infrastructure, and a highly recognisable brand. They're currently looking forward to recruiting a Head of Administration to manage the entire gamut of Administration and related operations in their 50+ offices Pan India. This position will be based out of their office in Delhi NCR.

Description

Reporting directly in to the CHRO of the organization, your key responsibilities will include:

- Managing a large team of Direct/Indirect reports

- Looking after all kinds of audit compliance

- Initiating and Leading all Vendor identification, selection and on-boarding processes

- Effectively managing all vendor negotiations and contracting for the organization

- Leading all workplace enhancement projects and initiatives

- Managing the entire Indirect spend for the organization

Profile

Your will have:

- 5-10 Years of work experience in administrative roles with highly reputed firms

- Experience in managing multiple offices

- Prior team management experience

- Excellent Stakeholder Management Skills

- Prior work experience in the armed forces (5 years) will be a value add
