Head - Accounting & Taxation - CA - Manufacturing

Seeking for Qualified Chartered Accountant with excellent academic background with minimum 6-7yrs of experience into handling of Finance, Accounting and Taxation functions of renowned Manufacturing Companies.

- Should be thorough with Accounting principles, USGAAP, IGAAP/IFRS, SOX Compliances etc.

Key Accountabilities :

- Responsible for overseeing finance and accounts function, financial systems and control, financial reporting, banking & treasury matters & compliance.

- Financial management controls & reporting: Maintaining internal control, checks & balances, compliance with regulation and accounting policies & procedures

- Analysis of all expenses and costs and allocation at various levels

- Reviewing internal reconciliations like bank reconciliation, excise reconciliation, intercompany payment, fixed asset capitalizations

- Handling entire Indirect Taxation matters being Central Excise, Service Tax, All India VAT, Entry Tax,etc

- Keeping self continuously abreast on latest developments in areas related to Indirect Tax/GST and taking proactive actions for its application to the company and optimization of Indirect Tax Impact

- Regulatory compliance & setting up high corporate governance standards
