Company: Captive set up of UK based MNC.  Job Purpose:  - To transition, stabilise and improvise record to report activities of all verticals that fall under Global Finance COE and ensure delivery of specified objectives - relevant, timely and accurate reporting of financial management information to internal and external stakeholders.  - Work is dependent on accounts that are allocated to the team from time to time. Delivery as per agreed and defined operating standards.  - IFRS, UK GAAP, SORP & accounting practices - High dependence.  - Other International GAAP & accounting practices- Low dependence  - Day to Day interaction with reporting authority for strategic direction and to provide update on progress - Fortnightly interaction with the CEO for updates on projects and objectives  Reports to Director - Finance Span of Control 8  - DRs (2. Sr. Managers, 3 Manager, 3 DM), indirect team of 62 plus  Experience: 12-15 years of experience in finance and accounting functions.  - At least 5 years- experience of handling a team size of at least 60 - 100 team members.  - CA must (1st or 2nd attempt).  - Knowledge of IFRS, UK GAAP (Must).  Desired: Diploma in IFRS, Accounting degree ( like CPA,CIMA,ACCA etc)
