Responsibilities :
- Maintain and increase sales revenue
- Analyzing sales figures to develop sales strategies
- Recruiting and training sales executives and allocating areas of operations
- Setting sales targets for individual executives and your team as a whole
- Increasing business opportunities by exploring different avenues
- Monitoring and motivating your team to achieve targets
- Dealing with major customer accounts personally
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors
Requirements :
- MBA/PGDBM with 5+ years of experience in corporate sales preferably in Offline/Print/Online Media industry
- Minimum of 2 years in a team management role
- Must be well-groomed and presentable
- Must have willingness to travel
- Should possess good interpersonal skills
- Must have excellent command of the English language
