Job Description: Strategic Advisory

Job Requirement:

- Strong research skills to track information on a regular basis for residential, commercial and related products in real estate

- Ideation and execution of new concepts in real estate

- Develop and nurture a network of industry contacts and sources to identify leading resources of information.

- Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills, with sound attention to detail.

- Generate periodic research reports on various real estate asset classes

- Conducting feasibility surveys, valuations, report preparation, identifying development options, city analysis etc.

- Keep abreast of latest developments in various real estate sectors

- To work closely with CEO and business head on new and existing projects

- Due diligence and feasibility analysis of projects

- To work on various concepts to increase profitability

- Preparing various dashboards for Management reference

Skills Required:

- Expert knowledge of MS Office

- Strong research writing skills

- Team Player - able to build effective relationships across groups

- Good interpersonal skills - confident communication style - able to communicate clearly and concisely with colleagues at all levels within the firm

- Excellent organisational skills - ability to prioritise workload to meet deliverables and deadlines

- Team Player with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.

Eligibility:

- Hands on experience of around 4-7 years in Real Estate Market Research & Consultancy, preferably in-India experience

- MBA from a good B-school
