Presently, we operate across 23 cities of India, which include key metros and non-metros. On a selective basis, we can also assist in Buying, Selling & Leasing of properties in other cities.

We are looking for a BDM at our Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore and Delhi Office.Kindly find below the job description for the role.

Title: Business Development Manager

Location: India (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Pune)

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.

- Planning and preparing presentations

- Establishing and maintaining working relationships with new and existing clients

- Communicating New Product Developments to the Prospective Clients

- Working cohesively with commercial and residential team on closing deals for new and existing clientele

- Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.

- Responsible for activating dormant accounts

- Responsible for acquisition of new accounts for the organization

- Regular coordination with clients with whom we have pan india agreement

- Analyze business needs in order to determine new opportunities

- Building relationships with existing clients in an attempt to service them on various products of HDFC Realty

- Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends

- Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.

- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.

- Explore new ventures in real estate to expand company business in line with corporate strategy.

Job Specific Skills:

- Understand and develop long term business vision

- Relationship management skills are must for the role

- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent negotiation skills

- A pro-active self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team

- Outstanding needs analysis, positioning, business justification and closing skills

- Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills

- High commercial acumen and a record of confidence dealing with middle managers through to decision makers.

Qualification and Experience:

- MBA from a reputed B-school with 3-6 years of experience in Corporate sales in BFSI/IT/ Hospitality

CTC: As per the Industry Standard.
